The LED Neon Flex series is available in a wide range of colors, is flexible and durable, allowing for customization and repurposing, and is easy to install. Check out the LED Neon Flex series here.

Is your company looking for new lighting? Does your client need a bright, flexible sign with vibrant colors for their new project? LED Neon Flex is an environmentally friendly, energy-efficient alternative to traditional neon lighting. LED Neon Flex can be bent at many different angles, depending on the specifications of each product, whereas traditional neon glass lighting can only bend at specific angles, and is fixed in that position once cast. Custom designs can be delivered in 21 days, with flexible options for connectors based on the architecture of your project.

The LED Neon Flex series is almost impossible to break, waterproof, and does not give off heat spots. It also doesn’t require any special electrical setup – LED Neon Flex can operate off of standard AC or DC power sources, making it easier to use and safer to set up than glass neon lighting fixtures. With a wide selection of colors, including Purple, Red, Pink, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, White, and RBG, you have the option of up to 16.7 million colors using the RBG LED controller available for purchase on our website.

Why LED Neon Flex?

The 1893 World’s Fair was one of the first events that showcased Nikola Tesla’s neon glass signs. Neon lighting was developed by Georges Claude, and the first commercial sign was sold by his associate, Jaques Fonseque, to a Paris barber. Neon signs were based on the earlier Giessler Tube, which was a glass tube that demonstrated the principles of electrical discharge. These signs were even visible in daylight, and people would stop and stare at the signs for hours because they looked like “liquid fire.”

Neon lighting became popular in the United States in the 1920s, soon after they were demonstrated to the public in 1910 at the Paris Motor Show. They are fabricated by bending glass tubing into the desired shapes or letters and filling them with a purified gas mixture that produces color with an applied voltage. Neon lighting is also often used in art and architecture and can be used in plasma displays and televisions.

However, traditional neon glass lighting fixtures are immobile. You can have them shaped into a variety of positions when they are created, but you are stuck with that shape once it has been made. In order to change the shape, you must either disassemble the lighting fixture so that the glass can be re-shaped, or order a new product. Additionally, the lighting is manufactured using mercury, which is unsafe to be around in the event that the lighting breaks or leaks.

Light-emitting diodes or LEDs are increasingly replacing neon lighting due to recent advances in LED brightness and the decreased cost of purchasing LED lights. Able to simulate the bright colors associated with traditional neon lighting, LEDs are a cheaper, longer-lasting, more versatile alternative to traditional neon lighting, with a wider range of potential colors available on demand.

Our LED Neon Flex products are flexible lights comprised of a chain of LEDs that simulates the rigid neon gas-filled tubing that has been used for decades on signage. They are malleable, allowing for personal customization by customers whenever you feel the need to change things up, and are more durable than glass tubing. They are also easier to assemble and install than glass lighting, allowing you to swap out your lighting at a moment’s notice without interrupting your business or project.
